Overview:

Hamad Al-Shammari is a heritage specialist with deep expertise in archaeology, heritage resource management, and traditional crafts. He is also a skilled artisan in the art of earthen architecture, reviving traditional Najdi building techniques through hands-on practice. Having collaborated with Wrth- The Royal Institute of Traditional Arts on numerous projects, Hamad brings both academic and practical perspectives to his workshops, making them immersive and culturally rich. This workshop emphasizes the beauty and authenticity of Najdi architecture, offering participants a chance to engage directly with the traditional craft of earthen building while creating a unique artwork.
